About the Staff
Joanne Baizan has been in the fitness business since 1980 as a group fitness instructor, studio owner, and personal trainer. Through her company, Bodywise, she has taught and trained many instructors throughout the Bay area, and developed a conditioning program for young dancers at All American Dance Factory in Tampa. Certified with ACE and The PhysicalMind Institute, she has been on the B-Fit staff since 2003.
Gina Cintia has been with the B-Fit Center since April of 2007. She has completed Initiation 101 (Pilates mat certification) and Concentration 101 (Pilates equipement certification) through the PhysicalMind Institute. She is also attending the University of South Florida to recieve her Master's Degree in Public Health.

Mallory Gantz has been with the B-Fit Center since November 2007. She went to the University of Kentucky and graduated with a degree in Kinesiology: Exercise Science. She has a background in dance and was on the national championship dance team at the University of Kentucky. She has completed Initiation 101 (Pilates mat certification), Initiation 201 (Standing mat certification), and Concentration 101 (Pilates equipment certification) through the PhysicalMind Institute. She is also a certified Zumba instructor.
Linda Gelcich is a certified Pilates Instructor who has been with The B-Fit Center since 1996. She also holds certifications in Group Fitness from ACE and Personal Training from SFA. She has been teaching in the fitness industry for 20 years in such areas as Pre- and Post-Natal Exercises & Kids In Motion for St. Joseph's Women's Hospital, was Corporate Aerobic Coordinator for St. Joseph's Hospital, Senior Exercises & Water Exercises with Silver Sneakers for Humana, and teaches Yoga & Tai-Chi. She also holds a black belt in Karate and has enjoyed teaching self defense for women.
